The Old City of Ávila preserves a rich heritage, both patrimonial and spiritual.
Its urban layout, with a clear medieval structure, is composed of an irregular network of narrow and winding streets, many of which lead to small squares. In the historic center of the city, a multitude of religious and civil buildings are preserved in excellent condition.
The narrow alleys that make up the old city have witnessed the passage of centuries and are perfect for getting lost in and discovering the historical legacy of Ávila.
